Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and provide a top-notch customer experience. You’ll sell new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, and work closely with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.

The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with the option to move to a 100% commission plan after 30 days. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, etc.).
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.

Responsibilities

• Promote top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demos and walkthroughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a high-integrity approach.
