Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This role focuses on selling new and used RVs, delivering a top-notch customer experience, and demonstrating units to prospective buyers.

You will work with the F&I and Sales Management team to close deals, follow up with customers, and earn uncapped commissions with a total annual compensation potential of $50,000 to $150,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in sales preferably RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver\'s license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with close collaboration with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
