Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow our business. The role emphasizes selling new and used RVs with a focus on a top-notch customer experience.

You’ll demonstrate vehicles, work with F&I and Sales Management to close deals, and maintain a high-integrity sales approach. Compensation combines a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with a move to 100% commission optional after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver’s license required
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
