Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions with the potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance, plus a year-end sales volume bonus for eligible team members.

You’ll lead the sales process for new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, close sales with the F&I and Sales teams, and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
