Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow our business and provide a high quality customer experience. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions with annual earnings potential of $50,000 to $150,000 or more.

You will conduct RV demonstrations, work with F&I and Sales Management, and follow up with customers using a friendly, no-pressure approach to close deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, etc.).
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sale of new and used RVs and deliver top customer experience.
• Demonstrate RV features with effective rides and presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and sales management teams.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure approach.
