Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote and sell new and used RVs, conduct test drives, and deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Work closely with the Sales and F&I teams to close deals and drive commission-based earnings. This full-time role in California offers uncapped commissions with a total annual compensation potential of $50,000 to $150,000, plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate vehicles and close sales with a no-pressure approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions to promote new and used RVs.
• Conduct test drives and walk-through presentations.
• Collaborate with F&I and Sales Management to finalize deals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
