Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This commission-based role features uncapped commissions and a potential total annual earnings of $50,000 to $150,000 or more based on performance.

You will lead customers through demonstrations, close sales with the F&I and Sales Management teams, and provide a no-pressure, high-integrity buying experience while working in a fast-paced automotive/RV retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' sales experience (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields preferred).
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with the F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.
