Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually based on performance.

Year-end sales bonuses may apply for those who qualify. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of sales experience, with bondability and the ability to obtain a professional sales license if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
