Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This role offers uncapped commissions with earnings potential of $50,000 to $150,000+ annually and a year-end sales volume bonus for qualified team members.

The position involves selling new and used RVs, delivering engaging product demonstrations, and collaborating with F&I and Sales Management to close deals. Full-time with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
