Camping World seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Earns are commission-based with no soft packs; successful team members can reach $50,000 to $150,000+ annually. Benefits include paid time off, 401(k), and extensive employee programs. This is a full-time, on-site role in Michigan with opportunities to advance within the sales team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' sales experience in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process to promote a top-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales by collaborating with Finance & Insurance and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
