Job summary

Camping World in Colton, CA is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll lead demonstrations, promote a top-quality customer experience, and close sales with the support of the F&I and Sales Management teams.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, with an estimated $50,000 to $150,000 annually based on performance, plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstrations and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
