Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate in Vacaville, CA. This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings and a clear path to six figures with strong performance. You will showcase new and used RVs, deliver engaging demonstrations, and close deals with the Sales Management team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience preferred (RV, auto, marine, powersports, real estate, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs
• Demonstrate and conduct test rides and walkthrough presentations
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach
