Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This full-time role is commission-based with uncapped commissions, offering an annual compensation range of $50,000 to $150,000 or more based on performance.

Paid time off, benefits, and opportunities to earn a year-end sales bonus are available. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RVs or related industries.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related).
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct RV demonstration rides and presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
