Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll participate in product demonstrations, navigate the sales process with the F&I and management teams, and build relationships that encourage repeat business.

The role offers a base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions and potential for a substantial total compensation through bonuses and incentives, with a path to 100% commission

Qualifications

2+ years' sales experience, preferably RV/automotive/marine/powersports or related industries.
Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Lead in promoting a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management teams.
Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
