Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This commission-based role with uncapped commissions rewards performance and can lead to substantial earnings.

Responsibilities include promoting a top-notch customer experience, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales with F&I and Sales Management, and following up with a no-pressure approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales (ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate) preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
