Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance.

You will demonstrate RVs, conduct walk-through presentations, and collaborate with F&I and Sales Management to close deals while maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
