Job summary

Camping World seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs, delivering a top-notch customer experience, and driving repeat business.

You’ll demonstrate RV features, close sales with F&I and management, and follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach. Compensation includes base hourly rate plus commissions with potential for substantial earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideal; RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required); valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
