Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You will promote new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, and drive close rates with the Sales and F&I teams.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings potential; successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually. Full-time, benefits eligible, with on-site training and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales effectively with the F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
