Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role emphasizes commission-based earnings with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance, plus year-end sales bonuses.

You will lead with a top-tier customer experience, conduct effective RV demonstrations, collaborate with the F&I and Sales Management team to close deals, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, using a no-pressure,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields preferred).
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used RVs and provide a high-quality customer experience.
• Conduct demonstrations and walkthroughs of RV features.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
