Camping World in Little Falls Township, MN seeks an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You’ll demonstrate, close sales and partner with F&I to finalize deals.

The role rewards performance with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions and the potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually. Starting day one, you’ll receive training and support while you learn the inventory, processes, and sales cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).

Responsabilités

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
