Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll drive sales of new and used RVs and deliver a top-notch customer experience.

Base hourly pay plus commissions supports earnings, with 30-day transitions to earning options and potential for 100% commission-based plans. You’ll work with the F&I and Sales teams to complete deals, attend to follow-ups, and maintain a professional, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related industries.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to close sales.
• Good communication, presentation, and follow-up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
