Campers Inn RV in Conway, SC seeks an RV Sales Associate to guide customers through our door-to-deal process and help them find their dream RV with top-tier service.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are preferred; a state sales license may be required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Minimum 1 year RV sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the trusted door-to-deal sales process.
• Demonstrate RV units effectively to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of each product being sold.
• Close sales with the F&I team in a collaborative manner.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals for the team.
