Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RV service experience preferred (1 year+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Ability to operate computer and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work with customers and communicate service needs.
• Ensure correct parts and accessories are in stock.
• Prepare repair orders and dispatch parts to technicians.
• Verify warranty coverage and explain exclusions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and address complaints.
• Monitor vehicle progress and update customers regularly.
• Handle inventory counts and incoming parts.
