Job summary

Campers Inn RV is hiring an RV Sales Associate to guide customers through our door-to-deal process, demonstrating units and delivering top-tier service. You will work with an industry-leading team to sell both new and used RVs, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a state sales license if needed, and at least one year of RV sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
• Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations.
• A minimum of one year of RV sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to move RVs of various sizes and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door to deal sales process.
• Sell new and used RVs with high quality customer experience.
• Demonstrate units effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of products being sold.
• Close sales with F&I team collaboration.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure approach.
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and revenue.
• Stay informed on RV market trends and inventory.
• Be enthusiastic with clear communication with customers and staff.
• Attend RV Shows and location events as needed.
