Campers Inn RV is seeking an RV Sales Associate to guide customers through our door-to-deal process and close sales with high-quality service. You will demonstrate units, know product details, and partner with the F&I team to finalize deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; state sales license if required.
• At least 1 year RV sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Follow the trusted door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate units effectively and know product details.
• Close sales with collaboration from the F&I team.
• Maintain high integrity in all customer interactions.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
