Job summary

Campers Inn RV of Conway in Conway, SC is seeking an RV Sales Associate to drive our door-to-deal sales process while delivering the highest level of customer service. The role offers a salary range of $65,000 to $100,000 annually and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding organization.

The successful candidate will demonstrate product knowledge, engage with customers, and collaborate with the F&I team to close sales, all while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction and the RV

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RV sales experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door to deal sales process.
• Sell new and used RVs with high quality customer experience.
• Demonstrate units effectively to customers.
• Maintain working knowledge of each product being sold.
• Close sales with collaboration from the F&I team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and share best practices.
• Stay updated on RV market trends and dealership inventory.
• Be enthusiastic and communicate well with customers and colleagues.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
