Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and the ability to obtain a state sales license if required.
• At least 1 year of RV sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move and lift RVs and operate show units safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow the door-to-deal sales process to close RV sales with customers.
• Demonstrate units effectively and answer questions about features and options.
• Collaborate with F&I team to finalize deals.
• Maintain product knowledge of RVs and stay informed about market trends.
• Provide high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Participate in RV shows and location events as needed.
