Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking an RV Sales Associate to follow our door-to-deal sales process and deliver the highest quality customer service in selling new and used RVs. The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work with a team to achieve sales goals.

You should have at least a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and be willing to obtain a state sales license if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
• Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year RV sales experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow our door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate units effectively and answer customer questions.
• Close sales with support from the F&I team.
• Maintain knowledge of products and inventory.
• Attend RV shows and events as needed.
