Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking an RV Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used RVs while delivering superior customer service.

The role requires effective product demonstrations, close collaboration with the F&I team, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced dealership environment. Ideal candidates have at least one year of RV sales experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year RV sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow our door to deal sales process to sell new and used RVs with high-quality customer service.
• Demonstrate units effectively and stay informed about product inventory and prices.
• Work with the F&I team to close sales and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
• Maintain a strong, enthusiastic communication with customers, employees, and management.
