Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking an RV Sales Associate in Florida to guide customers through the selection and purchase of new and used RVs. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, demonstrate vehicle features, and stay informed about current inventory and market trends.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of RV sales experience. Flexible scheduling, strong communication skills, and a team-focused attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state sales license if required.
• Minimum of one year RV sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow our door-to-deal sales process and guide customers from show to sale.
• Demonstrate RVs and explain features to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all RV models and options.
• Collaborate with the F&I team to close sales efficiently.
• Participate in RV shows and dealership events as needed.
