Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll sell RVs, provide an excellent customer experience, and maximize earnings through commissions and incentives.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may shift to a 100% commission plan. Typical total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually for qualified performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Promote a top-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team support.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
