Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to drive sales of new and used RVs and deliver a high quality customer experience. Base hourly pay plus commissions provide earning potential from day one.

Starting out, you’ll enjoy a guaranteed base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions; after 30 days, you can choose to stay on the current plan or switch to a 100% commission plan, with actual dates aligned to pay periods.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver’s license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsabilidades

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
