Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will lead RV sales of new and used units, conduct demo rides, and work closely with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.

We offer a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions after 30 days, with the option to stay on hourly/flat commission or switch to 100% commission. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), EAP, road assistance, discounts, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience in RV or related industries preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Promote high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
