Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote high-quality customer experiences while selling new and used RVs across a dynamic team environment.

The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions, evolving to a choice between continuing or transitioning to a 100% commission plan, based on performance and pay cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
