Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales office at the Casa Grande Palm Creek community. The role focuses on greeting guests, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with marketing materials for homes for sale and events.

Responsibilities include showing homes, processing applications, coordinating with underwriting for approvals, and entering leads into NetSuite promptly. A valid driver’s license and basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in a sales coordinator or administrative role required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with residents and prospects.
• Perform general administrative tasks (phones, typing, copying, filing).
• Assist with marketing materials for homes, events, and related items.
• Assist prospective residents by checking inventory and listings.
• Show homes to prospects and assist with rental applications as directed by management.
• Enter leads into NetSuite in a timely manner.
