Sun Communities, Inc. is recruiting a Guest Services Coordinator for Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort in Casa Grande. The role is part-time and involves front-desk duties, reservations support, and routine office work to assist the RV Resort Manager and team.

The ideal candidate has administrative experience, strong phone skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior use of Yardi is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years in administrative experience.
• 6 months in property management/reservation systems (preferred).
• 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience (preferred).
• Excellent telephone skills and professional appearance.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents; handle comments and complaints to RV Resort Manager.
• Process payments and post fees in Yardi; issue receipts.
• Answer phones, perform basic admin tasks (typing, filing, scanning).
• Prepare and distribute resort communications and newsletters.
• Assist with guest reservations and move-ins/outs; coordinate events.
