Job summary

Sun Communities, Inc. in Casa Grande, AZ (Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort) is seeking a part-time Hospitality Host to warmly greet guests, collect visitor information, and direct them to the correct locations within the resort.

The role emphasizes professionalism, excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive first impression for residents and visitors. The Hospitality Host will handle check-ins for non-residents, register late-arriving RVs when applicable, and support sales with timely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read maps.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, vendors, residents and prospective buyers and direct them to their destinations.
• Capture name, license plate number, phone number, and email address of each non-residential/guest entering the community/resort and forward to sales within 24 hours.
• Greet and register late arriving RVs and escort them to the appropriate site.
• On a nightly basis, check buildings, turn off lights, lock doors and gates, and monitor the resort while noting deficiencies.
• Record unusual occurrences in the daily logs.
• Distribute promotional materials to prospective guests and residents.
• Answer the phone courteously and prepare pre-call sheets for the following day.
• Submit maintenance requests for issues such as electrical, sewer and water problems.
