Sun Communities is seeking a Receptionist for a part-time, on-site role at AZ-Casa Grande, Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort. You will greet visitors, handle multi-line calls, route inquiries, and provide administrative support across departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests and answer calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate departments and take messages as needed.
• Refer inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files.
• Update and distribute the internal phone list and fax speed dials.
• Manage mail and shipments; handle outgoing mail daily.
• Maintain mailing labels, supplies, and kitchen inventory; place orders weekly.
• Assist with ad hoc projects for resort departments (data entry, mailings).
• Maintain kitchen areas and load/unload the dishwasher; place maintenance requests.
