Sun Communities, Inc. is seeking an energetic Activities Assistant for part-time work at Palm Creek Resort in Casa Grande, AZ.

You will coordinate a variety of guest activities, assist with event setup, and help create a welcoming, fun atmosphere for residents and visitors. Responsibilities include planning and supporting events, maintaining spaces and equipment, tracking attendance, assisting volunteers, and promoting a positive mood.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work independently as well as on a team.
• Basic computer skills, including email and internet usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and attends activities such as picnics, dances, and dinners.
• Sets up and cleans up event spaces before and after activities.
• Promotes a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Serves as a role model for Sun standards and reputation.
• Helps maintain attendance tracking for each activity.
• Assists with training activities team members and volunteers.
• Assists with distributing weekly newsletter to residents and guests.
• Maintains equipment and supplies in good condition.
