Job summary

Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator at our California RV resort to handle routine office work and administration, working with the RV Resort Manager and team.

You will greet guests and residents, process reservations, manage payments and deposits in Yardi, support communications, plan events, and maintain records. The role requires strong customer service, phone etiquette, and basic computer skills; a valid driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience is required.
• 6 months in property management/reservation systems preferred.
• 6 months in hotel/resort front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with current and prospective residents.
• Fields resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the RV Resort Manager.
• Maintain petty cash and record expenditures.
• Answer phones and perform general administrative tasks.
• Process reservations, deposits, rent, and fees in Yardi; issue receipts.
