Job summary

KOA Vernal is seeking a front desk associate to handle guest registrations, check-ins, and store operations at our campground in Vernal, UT. You will provide friendly guest service, manage reservations, and promote KOA offerings while maintaining a professional appearance and adherence to KOA guidelines.

The role requires English fluency, basic computer and cash register skills, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience operating a cash register/computer systems.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person.
• Register guests and manage front desk operations.
• Process reservations, store sales and refunds per KOA guidelines.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and securely.
• Stocking/cleaning duties as requested by Campground Manager.
• Promote KOA amenities and local attractions to guests.
