Job summary

KCN Campgrounds is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to handle guest registration, front desk and store procedures while delivering exceptional service at our Richfield, Utah campground.

You will greet guests, process registrations and reservations, and support store operations in a friendly, professional KOA environment. The role requires reliable scheduling for nights, weekends, and holidays and adherence to KOA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hear and speak the English language fluently.
• Knowledge of computer and cash register operation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for guest registration, front desk, and store procedures while delivering great guest service.
• Report to the General Manager.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and professional appearance in KOA uniform.
• Handle registrations, reservations, store sales and refunds following KOA guidelines.
• Use cash registers and front desk equipment accurately.
• Stocking and cleaning programs as directed by Campground Manager/Owners.
• Promote local attractions and KOA system through sales and referrals.
• Assist with maintenance or housekeeping duties as needed.
