Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA, collect data in real time, and collaborate closely with families and caregivers.

Requirements include active RBT certification, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience working with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
