Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will work under supervision to implement individualized plans and collect data on progress.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus), and a passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
