Modivcare is hiring a Russian-speaking Home Health Aide (HHA) for short shift opportunities in Lynn, Salem, Swampscott, and Malden. Earn up to $22 per hour plus a $2 travel incentive on eligible assignments, with paid orientation and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Russian language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities including dressing, bathing, meals.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Be a friendly face and steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routinesComfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
