Modivcare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Peabody, MA, offering short shift availability and one-on-one in-home care. Earn up to $22/hr with a $2 travel incentive on eligible assignments.

We provide paid orientation, weekly pay, and a caregiver rewards program. Flexible full-time/part-time weekend shifts are available with benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualificações

• MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification is required
• Availability in Peabody, MA
• Willingness to work day, evening, or overnight shifts
• Ability to drive to and from client’s home
• Proficient in English

Responsabilidades

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Respect diverse client homes and personalities
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients

• Valid MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification required
• Availability in: Peabody
• Availability to work day, evening, or overnight shifts
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to work short hour cases
• Ability to driveto and from client's home

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
