Job summary

Modivcare is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care across Medford, Stoneham and surrounding areas. Positions welcome short-hour case coverage with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules and weekend shifts.

You will support clients with daily activities, mobility, and routines, while engaging in meaningful, one-on-one care. A valid MA HHA or related certification is preferred, and strong English skills with reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability in Lynn, MA.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting.
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Carefully work in diverse client homes and respect various personalities and behaviors.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
