Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers for short-shift opportunities in Lynn and surrounding areas. Earn up to $22 per hour with a new $2 travel incentive on eligible assignments.

Immediate openings in Revere, Winthrop, Malden, Medford, Stoneham, Gloucester, East Boston, Lynn, Chelsea, Melrose, and Arlington. Requirements include availability in Lynn, proficiency in English, reliable transportation, and HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and able to communicate clearly with clients.
• Must have reliable transportation to client homes.
• Willingness to work short hour cases as needed.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility as needed.
• Help with dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Be a friendly, steady presence in diverse client homes.

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
