Modivcare in Pepperell, MA is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) for short shift opportunities. Earn up to $22 per hour plus extra money through our caregiver rewards program.

Immediate openings offer one-on-one in-home care, flexible schedules, and weekly pay. Responsibilities include providing comfort and companionship, assisting with daily activities, managing basic care tasks, keeping homes safe, and supporting healthy routines.

Qualifications

• Available in Pepperell, Townsend & Groton to serve local clients.
• Proficient in English to communicate with clients and families.
• Willingness to take short-hour cases and adapt to evolving schedules.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Support routine health and hygiene tasks and medication reminders.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe and welcoming for clients.
• Maintain a respectful, patient, and comforting presence in client homes.
• Be a friendly face and steady presence for clients and families.

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
