Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Russian-speaking caregiver for in-home support in Lynn and surrounding towns. Short-shift availability is needed to provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients.

Qualifications

• Availability in Lynn area
• Proficient in Russian
• Willingness to work short hour cases
• Reliable transportation
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals), mobility, and transfers
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces
• Respect diverse client homes, personalities and behaviors; be a friendly, steady presence

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
